Angular 2 Quickstart 404 GET /app/main.js

I'm trying the quickstart of Angular 2 but I don't get that it works. I've been finding out some similar questions but I didnĀ“t find the answer. Anyone can help me?

This my code.

app.component.ts

import {Component} from 'angular2/core';

@Component({
selector: 'my-app',
template: '<h1>My First Angular 2 App</h1>'
})
export class AppComponent { }

main.ts

import {bootstrap} from 'angular2/platform/browser'
import {AppComponent} from './app.component'

bootstrap(AppComponent);

It's like if it doesn't transpile main.ts file to main.js

Thanks in advance.
