HTML Question

I've set list-style-type to none but the bulletpoints are still showing?

I'm really unsure why the CSS rule isn't applying here, as it worked fine in the development version. But since carrying the changes over to the live version its the one and only rule that just isn't applying, everything else is fine?

nav#site-navigation ul {
list-style-type: none!important;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;

Like I said its odd because it worked on the dev version, but soon as it came to live it stopped working, tried adding #important but still no luck.

Give following css:

header .main-navigation ul li {
    background: none;
    margin-right: 0;

Because bullet is used in background.

Or remove

background: url("/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/bullet-nav.png");

from header .main-navigation ul li
