HTML Question

Everytime I hover over a button my text and image moves

Soo every time I hover any of the 7 buttons,everything goes a bit to the right. Can someone please quickly show me a solution to this.
I know it isn't such a good code, but I am just a begginer in HTML.

Answer

You should add a default transparent border

.button {
    border: 2px solid transparent;

cause on :hover you add that border border: 2px solid #00cccc; therefore the elements moves by those 2 px

a.btn:hover{
  border:2px solid red;
}

/* solution */
a.button{
  border:2px solid transparent;
}
a.button:hover{
  border:2px solid red;
}
<a class="btn">HOVER ME (I HAVE THT ISSUE...)</a><br>
<a class="button">HOVER ME (I feel just fine!)</a><br>

I just noticed you're using <center> and <font> tags. Don't those tags work in some browsers just for backward compatibility but are deprecated! Use CSS text-align: center; and font-size instead.
