Could not install Xamarin.Mobile in PCL iOS Project

I'm trying to install Xamarin.Mobile in a PCL iOS project by NuGet and i'm gotting this error!

Could not install package ' 0.7.1'. You are
trying to install this package into a project that targets
'Xamarin.iOS,Version=v1.0', but the package does not contain any
assembly references or content files that are compatible with that
framework. For more information, contact the package author.

This is my AppDelegate

// The UIApplicationDelegate for the application. This class is responsible for launching the
// User Interface of the application, as well as listening (and optionally responding) to
// application events from iOS.
public partial class AppDelegate : global::Xamarin.Forms.Platform.iOS.FormsApplicationDelegate
// This method is invoked when the application has loaded and is ready to run. In this
// method you should instantiate the window, load the UI into it and then make the window
// visible.
// You have 17 seconds to return from this method, or iOS will terminate your application.
public override bool FinishedLaunching(UIApplication app, NSDictionary options)
LoadApplication(new App());

return base.FinishedLaunching(app, options);

My SDK version is 10.1.

Xamarin.Mobile is working fine in Android Project.

Any idea how to fix this ?
