AngularJS Question

D3.js Bubble chart graph doesn't appears with AngularJS

I make a Bubble chart graph with D3.js and I would like to transform it using AngularJS but I am lost... I read this tutorial but anything is appears.

This is the code I make :

There are lot of missing code

(i) You have not added ng-app to your view

(ii) $http was not injected since you are retrieving data

(iii) directive was not properly declared and data was a not passed!
