How to divide a single string array index into 2?

I'm getting a run-time error due to the fact that I want to divide a single string in a single Index 0 array into 2 different strings and place each piece into 2 separate TextViews next to one another. Basically, my constructor is (trying to) divide the array index into 0 and 1 and once I run the app, it crashes when I scroll down.

So here is the constructor Java class.

So as you can see in the last 2 lines, mLocation is being split into 2 different arrays and I'm trying to put each piece into a separate TextView in my ArrayAdapter class. Here is the code.

And I know exactly why the app is crashing. I just don't know how to do a proper splitting. It's suppose to split by the word "of" where the first TextView is all the words up to (including) "of" and the remaining string is placed in the second TextView but I couldn't figure it out.
