Exception OutofMemoryError dalvik.system.VMRuntime.newNonMovableArray(Native Method)

I am using the OpenGl Es library to rendered the 3D object. I am getting exception OutofMemoryError I tried and searched on google but could not get success

Please help me to solve this issue.

Answer

Try enabling large heap support, by adding this to your AndroidManifest.xml file:

<application android:largeHeap="true"

Also, you can reduce the memory required for your Bitmaps by using the Bitmap.Config type RGB_565 instead of ARGB_8888.
